How to scan a document to PDF

Turn a paper page into an organized document. Capture or import the pages, refine the edges, and export a PDF you can keep or share.

These tools run in the Auvrelin mobile app, on your device.

How it works

  1. 01

    Import from photos

Open Document scan. Take a photo or import pages from your photo library. Use even light, avoid shadows, and keep the whole document in view. A scan can contain 1–20 pages.

  2. 02

Drag each corner to the edge of your document.

Review the detected edges and drag each corner if needed. Choose a page treatment, rotate pages, and arrange them in the intended reading order. The preview helps you check perspective and readability.

  3. 03

    Create PDF

Create the PDF and inspect every page. Use Export to choose a save location or share the document. The result is kept separately from your original images.

Good to know

Use even light and keep all four corners in view. Check the page order and preview every page before exporting. A scanned PDF contains page images; use image-to-text separately when you need editable text.
